Our journey in the construction industry started in 2007 in Almaty, Kazakhstan. To this day, we built 17 residential complexes of 850,000 square meters in total. Over the years, we have improved ourselves by continuing to do our job in the best way, and we have won the heart of the people of Almaty with our projects that shows our superior quality. In the meantime, we have accumulated a lot of experience in the field of construction that we can share and apply.
We had the opportunity to meet the Turkish people with Exclusive Structure, which we established in 2016, and we aim to expand this opportunity with our quality-oriented projects in Istanbul, Mugla and Antalya.
The city of Almaty, Kazakhstan, has strict rules in the field of construction, as it is located in a risky area for tectonic ground movements. Therefore, we want to reflect our experience, knowledge and awareness gained in this city to our projects in Turkey.
